Delivery Times & Costs

All goods are shipped from Surfers Paradise, Queensland and Osborne Park, Perth. Delivery times will vary according to your location - some remote locations may take up to 10 working days, but most orders will be received within 4-6 working days. During peak trading times (eg. October, November & December), most orders will be delivered within 6-8 working days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks (see Contact Details above). We only deliver to Australian destinations and we are unable ship your purchase overseas.

Postage and handling charges per destination^:

For products totalling: Delivery Cost is: under $50 $6.95 $50 to $100 $8.95 $100 plus Free delivery in Australia ^For multiple deliveries, a postage charge applies to each delivery / shipping address. Delivery occurs on weekdays only is by Express Post (non dangerous goods only) or Fastways (flammable items). We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Creative Nail Place will utilise the method of delivery that is most appropriate for the size, content and destination of your order. Parcels will require signature upon delivery so please make sure you provide a daytime delivery address. Creative Nail Place cannot be responsible for loss or stolen goods due to incorrect address or incorrectly signed parcels.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds/Exchanges: All merchandise returns/exchanges must be authorised in advance by calling 1800 672 800. Products may be returned within 30 working days of purchase date and must be unopened and unused with original invoice enclosed.
